BE FEARLESS BE KIND, Hasbro's signature philanthropic initiative, is designed to inspire and empower kids to have empathy, compassion and courage to stand up for others and be inclusive throughout their lives.


Through Hasbro’s Gift of Play product donation program, we provide the joy of play to millions of children around the world throughout their lives.


Hasbro’s employee volunteer program saw 94% global participation last year. All employees have the benefit of four hours paid time off to volunteer every month in addition to our Global Day of Joy, a company wide day of service held in December each year.
