Team Hasbro is the company's employee volunteer program and is designed to provide opportunities for Hasbro employees to make a difference in the community. Service isn’t just something we do; it’s part of who we are and is core to our culture. Through Team Hasbro, employees volunteer thousands of hours every year to make a difference.

Employees have the benefit of taking four hours of paid time off every month to volunteer with charitable organizations that benefit our communities. In addition, team building company-sponsored volunteer projects are organized throughout the year allowing groups of employees to make a meaningful difference through service.

Team Hasbro Signature Programs
Team Hasbro signature programs were developed to enhance team building and morale throughout our business empowering employees to coordinate volunteer projects with their departments. Whether it’s hosting a Game Day, planning a Service for Schools renovation or working on a pro-bono project to benefit one of our nonprofit partners, Hasbro employees are passionate about giving of their time and talents to make a difference. Service for Schools
Hasbro’s Service for Schools initiative began as a department project coordinated by one employee and has since grown into a summer tradition for employees around the world who volunteer to brighten local schools before children return for the upcoming school year. Projects include painting, landscaping, designing murals, creating playspaces, and donating toys and games to make the first day of school extra special for students in our communities.
Game Day
A Game Day is a great way for Team Hasbro to see our products come to life and bring joy to children everywhere! In addition to donating toys and games, teams coordinate Game Days to give children the opportunity to “play with the pros” and experience the joy of play!
Playful Painters
A Playful Painters project gives our employees the opportunity to use their creative talents to make an impact. Whether they design and paint personalized murals for schools and organizations or simply put a fresh coat of paint on the walls, Playful Painters projects brighten spaces for children.
Global Day of Joy
The Global Day of Joy is Hasbro’s annual company-wide day of service. Every year in December, employees from each Hasbro office around the world participate in service projects to benefit charitable organizations. Nearly all of our employees around the globe complete hundreds of service projects to make a difference for more than 100,000 children and families in just one day!
